Description

In Kenya, they're famous for being famous - they're the smallest tribe in the world. The Elmolo call themselves el-Des , but their usual name comes from the Samburu loo molo onsikirri , "the people who eat fish". Most of the small community live here, on South Island, partly by fishing and the occasional heroic crocodile or hippo hunt (but officially banned).
