Jochen · 192 days ago No it was their own kill (two of that coalition of five males that wreaked havoc throughout Sabi Sands). But they had left it for a while, and other animals had their share. One hyena ran off with a leg (will see if I can find a pic later).
Well it's not that the ngala really left thir catch completely; one madoda left, and the other tried to call him back, and eventually simply decided to take the carcass with him.
